Hi,
My kid spilt juice onto the laptop keyboard and it is not working. Screen is blank and it doesn’t seem to respond when I turn the power switch on etc. I would like to get an estimate of the repair cost. Your landline doesn not seem to be working. Do you have an alternative number I can call?

Hi, I have a Sony VAIO VGN-CR21S with broken screen pixels from dropping it, it is in perfect condition otherwise. This happen about 1 year ago, as I then went on to buy a MacBook Pro. I am looking to either repair the screen to sell on and so interested in how much this would be to fix, or trading it in so you can use for parts and if so how much would you/do you offer? Some water spilt in my bag, and went onto my laptop, the screen now has some lines on it and is a little discoloured, also one and sometimes both of the usb ports don’t work. How much would this cost to fix?

I wonder if you might be able to advise on whether to repair (and how much, ballpark). It fell from a shelf 3 days ago, though it was inside it’s padded cover, it fell onto a stone floor. The actual glass is not cracked, but the display is, and today black bits started to appear.
my macbook is nearly 4 years old, and is starting to slow down – especially when using iphoto as I have thousands of photos for my research, so I am considering replacing it.
Can you advise, please?

Hi, I have a Dell XPS 1530 laptop, and I have break it quite bad, but I think that the hard drive is still ok. Dell will get the laptop back and they will fix it. The bad thing for me is that they are not going to make a back up of my files. I am wondering if you can help me with that, how much will cost and how soon can be done.

I have an IBM Thinkpad which currently freezes up mid way through the boot up sequence – this is at the World Map Screen – with no icons appearing but the mouse pointer free to travel.
is this something you can fix. Could arrange for notebook to be delivered this week.

Hi there im needing my laptop sorted asap , (like yesterday) im going offshore tomorrow and for the last few days since returning from offshore and using the rigs wifi i seem to have been given some sort of virus that pops up around 10-15 times when i start up my laptop and it pops up when when ever i try to open a new page etc …… is this something you think could be a quick fix by yourselves and at a cost you could estimate now , and would there be a chance of having it done sometime today ? quite an ask i know

Hi there, our laptop is flickering red all the time unless you put it at a very low angle. It started with the black colours all going red and now it’s doing it more and more. Hi, I have a dead Toshiba laptop(Satellite L300D Model PSL COE – 0090YDEN). It was used by my son at Uni last year. Due to moving flats etc, we have mislaid the charger – so before looking at it you will need to be able to charge it. We are not sure of the password, but have a couple of ideas. He now has a new PC and thankfully used two external drives for most of his stuff so there is not a data recovery issue.
I am reluctant to chuck it out nevertheless and I suspect he could use it at home (as he is not going to lug his pc around when he comes home.
I’m interested in what you can offer in this particular case. Please let me know.

Hi I have a Fujitsu Siemens lap top. It is no longer turning on and when the charger is pluged in no light is coming on to show it is charging. Anyway my laptop has a batterie problem apparently is extremely slow and a thing called credential manager is very annoying. This laptop is about 1,5 years ols only (HP) and already was replaced after 1.5 years bevore, so i can no longer use guarantee apparently. I just had the cooling system repaired for a lot of money and now this.
how much would it cost to get the Laptop checked for any further damage and how much would a battery cost?
My toshiba laptop is not starting up at all, it’s plugged in “charging” but still not starting up……

I would like to ask how much approximately would cost to change DC socket on ASUS M50V laptop.
And is it making any problems for You if I have already disassembled it.
(I have all bits and screws and DC socket and thermal paste coming to me in few days time).
Situation: laptop was working in order, but suddenly it stopped charging. (happened once before but last time after moving jack around it kept on charging)
So I decided to have a look in to the dc socket, but I understand it is a bit risky to solder new socket.. put everything together not missing any bits…
I thought maybe professionals could do this part.
